1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using WOW PDF (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. The service

WOW PDF provides free online tools for working with documents and images: converting between formats, compressing, resizing, merging, splitting, rotating, and similar operations. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that any particular tool will be available at any particular time, or that any particular operation will succeed on any particular file.

3. Permitted use

You may use the Service for:

• Personal, educational, and commercial file processing.
• Working with files that you own or have the right to process.
• Reasonable automated use, as long as you respect our rate limits and don't try to degrade the Service for other users.

4. Prohibited use

You may not use the Service to:

• Process files that contain content that is unlawful in your jurisdiction, infringes someone else's intellectual property, or that you do not have the right to process.
• Attempt to bypass our rate limits, abuse the Service, or disrupt its operation.
• Submit files containing executable code, malware, or other content designed to attack the Service or its users.
• Use the output of the Service in a way that misrepresents the origin of the content, or that violates any third-party rights.

We may suspend or block access for users who violate these terms.

5. Files and processing

Files submitted to the Service are processed transiently and deleted automatically within minutes of the request completing. We do not retain your files, do not use them to train models, and do not share them with third parties except where strictly necessary to perform the requested operation (for example, the AI tools, where the file's text content is sent to our LLM provider for the duration of the request). 6. Intellectual property

The Service's design, code, branding, and content are owned by WOW PDF. You retain all rights to the files you submit and to the output files returned to you. By submitting a file, you grant us the limited right to process it for the purpose of performing the requested operation, and to transmit intermediate data to our infrastructure providers (hosting, LLM provider) as needed.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WOW PDF is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the Service. The Service is provided for free, and we make no warranty that it will meet your needs, that it will be available without interruption, or that the output will be error-free. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of any file you submit. See our disclaimer for the full statement.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
